Major milestone this week in Arkansas history for Suicide Prevention. A statewide network is under development with a cooperative effort from all parties.
Press releases scheduled for Monday, January 25th will reveal the details of a recently funded Online Emotional Support for all of Arkansas.
A joint venture funded by the Alex Blackwood Memorial Foundation for HOPE and facilitated by the Arkansas Crisis Center, the launch of this state of the art support system will provide trained intervention specialists to be available via TEXT messaging, IM instant messaging, online CHAT and EMAIL.
Interest has already accumulated from all parts of the country with potential national networking opportunities which will carry well beyond the state lines of Arkansas.

We look forward to finalizing negotiations with nationwide corporate sponsors so that the momentum of this new LIFE SAVING support program can continue grow and expand without financial limitations.
